Tax Exemption Policy

If you are making a purchase as a tax exempt entity- it is required to send in the appropriate tax exemption forms, as well as creating an account that the exemption can be tied to. Click here and select "Order Support" followed by "Request Sales Tax Exemption" to complete these steps.

• Please note that if a purchase is made prior to the Ballard team confirming tax exempt status in our system, Ballard will not refund any taxes already paid on an order. Once the order is placed, the taxes paid are non-refundable, no exceptions. 
• All orders must be shipping to the state listed on your tax exemption status, or else the order will have taxes applied.
• You must be logged in for tax exemptions to apply to your order. Ballard will not refund any taxes placed on orders when the customer is not properly logged in.
• Ballard does not accept purchase orders or credit terms with any organization. All purchases must have payment made up front. We do not provide quotes for orders as all pricing is listed clearly on our website.
